Vif paperback collection/bibliothèque portative

Vif is the name for a series of significant 18th Century texts published in paperback. Its aim is to make available the work of the Voltaire Foundation’s authors to the widest audience in an affordable paperback format. It includes new commissions as well as reissues of appropriate texts and studies previously available only in hardback and sometimes out of print. In particular the series makes available in student editions key texts from the Œuvres completes de Voltaire and the Œuvres de Montesquieu, and selections from the complete correspondences of Voltaire and Rousseau.
